Not up to medium sized weeds. OK for light grass.
The join between the blade and the bottom of the shaft is very flimsy. Clearing some types of weeds causes the head to bend. Nothing good to say.
So disappointed, there is nothing good to say about this product. It’s made from, I don’t know what but it bends at every nettle, the handle is also not attached so twists on the shaft as you use it and it comes with no edge whatsoever, so you’ll be an hour sharpening and honing before it’s even usable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
