Great for hob use
Incredible value fryer , no need for expensive electric fryer as goes on your hob and is heat controlled from the same. Another great point , light weight and easily stored. gladly recommend this product . Ideal capacity for two persons. Have had heavier iron products before but these took too long to heat up. Importantly follow the instructions on supplied box noting not to over heat for obvious reasons !

not what I want
It is quite good, but I was really after stain less steel. I am not a fan of non-stick as you can not use metal utensils. But never the less I have requested one that i want. This will be a very handy stand by, or pass on to a family member. Cheers

Waste of money!
Should of read the other reviews before buying!!, Used twice and then binned it!! The basket is useless because the handles drop into the hot fat so then it is not easy to lift out and one the second use the handle unhooked on one side!! You get what you pay for so do yourself a favour and spend a bit more and get something decent!

Not so Usable Fryer
If you a single low user of frying product this product would be ok but not great. You could if lucky make 1 to 1.5 portions of chips or a small fish in this pan . Not to be recommended. What has happened to a family fryer other than an electric one which is not suitable if you don't have worktop space to use it regular.

Disappointed
The basket is very small and is not particularly stable when balanced on the rim of the pan. I haven't used it yet but I doubt it will hold enough chips for 2 people. I'm disappointed as it looked so much better in the pictures than it actually is. edit: both handles came off the basket on first use!!

Perfect for a Single serving
Nice product but the basket inside is much too small for the size of the pan - it's tiny. The food shown would need to be cooked over 3-4 lots of cooking. That said it's perfect for a one person meal.

Disappointed
The picture looks promising. Unfortunately the actual product is a cooking very bad quality pan with a cheap cage thing to fry your chips on. It's not a purpose built product. It's two different products combined for one purpose. Rubbish The actual pan itself is too big and takes too much oil. Overall disappointed.
