aches and pains then use this
Originally tried the small sachet of this product to try on a sore back - that impressed I got the tube and although I have bought other types of ibuprofen gels in the past find this quick to absorb, pleasant to use and a lovely numbing sensation as it sinks in through the tissue and helps give some relief. It does not replace the need for other things that can assist your health such as good posture, exercise, decent diet or requirement to lose weight that may all have impact upon bones and tissue but you feel it's herbal content is better to take and that the arnica is beneficial. I took a tube of this on the West Highland Way ( 96 mile walk ) and used it on my aching back and sore legs.
