Fiddly to attach the bags which need to be fairly large. Lever to close the claws is quite difficult to hold shut there is a hook to attach the elastic to keep the claw mechanics closed. After finally finding some instructions, none supplied, you have to scan a barcode and watch a video. Can't see my Gran doing that! It's clumsy. You need two able hands. If your a bit weak on one hand forget it. You put the bag over the scoop, pick it up by pressing the lever (all good) then the tricky part, turn the thing upside down and pull the elastic over the scoop lever this is your 'lock' then shimmy the bag over the grab and tie off.
