The stretch was good but bands too thin for me in use.
I have had therabands before and they are much thicker and therefore easier to hold and put round your ankles for physio stretches. You just have to be more careful using these thinner bands.

After using other bands that break and snap easily, I can tell this is much better quality and a genuine band. It seems light but still has the necessary resistance when required. I would purchase again and try the next one up too. Is the right length for me.
