I love halva
Halva is great. It has unique taste, it is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free. It contains sesam. Sunita Halva is of a very good quality, not like the cheap halva in some stores which contains high % of palm oil (the cheapest and worse oil for your health and environment). Sesam is naturally oily and does not need any other oil to be added. Always read ingredients. Buying halva that contains 40-50% of palm oil means that only one half of the product is halva and the other half is cheap rubbish = palm oil. Sunita halva contains just sesam and honey or other natural ingredients.
