Reviews4 stars out of 5 -- "This record is always threaded through with Beer’s diaristic lyricism. With its consistent, gut-punching honesty and witty wordplay, you’ll always find something special on LIFE SUPPORT.", "LIFE SUPPORT is rooted in authenticity....The comparison to Grande is clear from the intro, an elegiac run of harmonies ranging from breathy to belting..."
If you expected typical pop songs about love and break up then you're in for a massive surprise as this album is nothing like that. That's what I feel about this album by Madison Beer. She blew away to pieces my expectations but with a excellent result. This is not a Teen Pop but very Alternative Pop if one wants to know what genre it is. It's a mature record from a young female about overcoming heartbreak and how hard it can be. Those who had it and that will sadly be 99.9% of the world's population know how painful it is. Songs like ''Follow The White Rabbit'', ''Homesick'', ''Selfish'' and ''Emotional Bruises'' will make anyone hairs who knows good music and pure talent stand up. Probably, the most and only radio friendly song on here is ''Boys***''
Madison Beer really has not only beautiful looks but voice of an angel who just got hurt by an fallen angel. With a voice like that and good management, she can enhance us with her voice for many years. For me, ''Life Support'' is the best Alternative Pop long play since Lana Del Rey's debut long play ''Born To Die''.
