Good NRT that works!
This has been the best NRT for me. I have given up smoking now for over 5 months! I tried other NRT but I didn't keep it up. The only thing now is I'm a bit hooked on this. But miles better for you than smoking. It takes a little time to get used too, just don't spray the back of your throat, I spray near the front of my tongue. Very good for helping with not smoking. Although at times made me sneeze, but is good too have in the later stages of your quit. My only complaint is the amount in each spray, for the r.r.s.p. , it works out pricey, but then appreciate it's a thing you're not meant to be comfortable at using permanently.
