Wow I was a little worried about buying refurbished as I had never done so before. The product was delivered in a Lakeland box and the item was packaged as though I'd purchased brand new I struggled to see how this isn't brand new the only thing is 1 set of pads less although the description said it came without any, it did have one set rather than the 2 so I was able to use it straight away!! I wouldn't be without it I use it several times a day as I have a puppy running in off the garden leaving muddy prints everywhere!! It's so easy to use I have to give my friends and family Demos of my new gadget, my friends making me order one for her.

Best Seam Machine
I have just bough my Aircraft Steam /Polisher White. I love the way it glides across the tiles so effortless. You have to touch the floor to even see that it is wet. My tiles were spotlessly clean and No Electrical Cords to get in the way like my old Vax. It is well made, light weight, quite and the battery charge lasted well over an hour .
