Great Bir book
Only thing I will say it based on a pre made gravy so if you making a curry from scratch its not easy to follow. The list of ingredients make for some amazing curries. If you have time to cook base gravy and freeze then this book is definitely for you if don't then still buy it because the selection of curries is great and they taste amazing
