Shimano BB-UN 55 bottom bracket 68x113mm
Good quality bottom bracket. I used this to build a single speed bike out of an old Raleigh frame from the 70s/ 80s. It originally had a Cotter Pin crank .... Best to update in my opinion. This all appears to be of aluminium construction as opposed to part plastic like some bb's...... That's good in my book. Delighted with my choice.

A recommended upgrade
Used this BB to replace original on a Dahon D7 Speed. The original BB was not a sealed bearing. Although the bike was 5 years old it had hardly been ridden. After taking the pedals off and rotating the crank I was shocked as to how rough it felt. Rotating the Shimano BB after installation felt super smooth in comparison. It really transformed the bike.
