Really impressed, it exceeded my expectations
I have a 650l Red Sea reef tank. I had a persistent and bad outbreak of black slime algae, mainly on the sand bed. I used this as instructed, keeping the skimmer running but with the collection cup removed. After 24 hours, the slime looked like it was starting to slowly breakdown. However, by day 3 (I kept it in the water for longer) there was a big improvement. I did manually remove as much remaining slime from the sand bed as possible at this stage (the consistency had changed and it peeled off) and following this point the sand continued to improve daily and it is now pristine, with no slime algae at all. I did the treatment a few weeks ago, and am pleased to say that it has not returned. My outbreak was severe, but with a little manual cleaning along the way it worked incredibly well and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic product that removed red cyanoalgae exactly as it says it would. Make sure to add exactly the amount they suggest and keep your skimmer on without the cup to create bubbles and aerate water. Take out any carbon filter media but keep it on for water circulation. Within 24 hours, all the red cyanoalgae disappeared completely and hasn't come back since. No fish or coral loss or affected at all. Highly recommended product. Fish tank after 1 treatment still clean. Worth to try when loosing battle. Ofcourse it's chemical and better to find the root of the problem. Quantity is enough for few treatments, so price is not too high.
