I should have bought this months ago. It is safe, sturdy and easy to raise or lower as long as you have your cables managed properly. It is comfortable to use standing but if your feet are aching or you need to sit down it is also comfortable to use sitting. My health was suffering and I had terrible posture. It was causing so many issues. My back feels so much better standing as I’m in front of my computer all day Monday through Friday. I was worried about the monitor being unstable but I got some nonslip material and cut it to size to make sure everything was stable. There’s enough room for the phone as well and the keyboard stand is well placed. The hydraulic system makes it easy to raise and lower and it is easy to control so it won’t just spring up or drop when you want to adjust the height. I would recommend this for anyone who wants better health and productivity in a very sedentary desk job setting.
