A deep black and easy to use!
I have lined my eyes with pen liners for about 7 years and I would say this is the best & easiest felt liner I have used! It’s dark (not a grey black) and quick dry so no worries about transfer of product to the crease! 10/10 Easy for small details as well as thicker lines!

Great Product but not Waterproof
Really pigmented! Amazing tip, makes it really easy to do winged eyeliner. The only downside is it isn't really that waterproof.
