A charming little set.
I already purchased this chess set model and I thought it was great so I bought one for a friend. It’s 24cm x 24cm board size when open is just the right dimension’s for setting up when travelling away. I’m using mine during a stay in hospital soon. Its contrasting red and white pieces are very striking and has a nice cracked stone effect making this set look unique despite being made of plastic. The magnetism is sufficiently strong enough to keep the pieces from sliding about or dropping off the board. I would advise keeping the pieces in their seperate bags during storage to prevent them getting scratched especially if you are a chess set collector.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very poor quality item
This board was absolutely unplayable, 2p coin is even bigger than the draughts piece and the dice were so small I couldn’t even see what number it is showing. The quality overall is very poor, and it is definitely not a magnetic board or pieces. Will not recommend this item...
