This gives me mobility again
I have 2 crushed discs in my lower back that have been causing chronic pain. My friend who is a chiropractor fixed me up before, but i didn't maintain it and the problem came back years later. I've since moved out of his area. I was seeing a local chiropractor in my new location for 3 months with no real progress. I really couldn't afford the visits anymore. Sturdy and safe with many applications.
Well designed! Well constructed and very sturdy! Highly recommend. I use the DEX II 3 or 4 times a day totalling no more than 30 minutes. My constant sciatica pain is gone now after 2 weeks, and I have general improvement in posture. Am hoping that over time the spine stretching will increase the width of my disks and preclude future pinched nerves. The DEX II allows many different hanging motions to help lubricate the disks and increase their blood flow to help them recover.
