Bought this to replace the previous one which had failed due to a connector perishing, however it lasted 7 years (we are also on our second hot water tank). Just need a plumber now to refit as per the original. Hot water and filtered water on tap.

Unrealiable and can't change washers/ O-Rings
Unfortunately the washers / O-Rings don't last more than a couple of years and start to weep and can't be replaced resulting in having to replace the whole tap at a significant cost. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
