Decent for the price
I'm really happy my boy has somewhere to stretch his wings. It was fairly intuitive to put together, just by looking at the pieces. The only downside is that the instructions are not very clear. Cage comes in well packaged flat pack. All hinges, screws and screwdriver are enclosed. Instructions are in diagrams and are easy to follow. I would recommend 2 people to assemble the cage to hold panels in place whilst putting together and make the job quicker. The wood is treated and has pre screw holes to assist. The mesh is small square pattern so ideal for small rodents and not just birds. The cage is easy to assemble. We used wood clue along joints for extra security but the screws would be enough I'm sure. The roof and wood is treated and so can tolerate the weather. We use a plastic zip up greenhouse cover on our outdoor cage, when not in use, for extra protection against the elements and it has remained in good condition. We use the cage for a pair of chipmunks and so some simple adjustments have been made such as adding more mesh on the bottom of the structure to safeguard against escape, as the pull out shallow draw at the bottom of the cage, which is convenient for cleaning, forms the base of the cage. Whilst the wooden block locks are ok, we attached some small bolts for better security and handles for easy manoeuvring. Note - if you need to attach any nest boxes, perches and activity equipment in the cage, do so before completing assembly as access via the doors is limited once built. Very happy with the cage. Cheap but for a reason
The assembly instructions are very poor and incomplete. The wood was chipped, a piece of the mesh was missing. To cap it all getting hold of help on the phone to understand how to fix the tray was difficult and when i got through they knew nothing about it and just did not get what the problem was.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bird aviary
Came quick but I don't think it was worth £81 as the wood is very light also I did messure how big it would be before coming, it's slightly smaller than it says. Other than that it's good. Definitely not worth 80+ meant to be bigger than my canvas wardrobe and it isn't.
