It's certainly first class. Couple it with a 10ft Feeder rod 8lb line and you have a combination worth fighting for, Can handle the sensitive touches of the small skimmers. I love my fishing reels and this one certainly makes the top 10. Beautifully engineered, fit for purpose, lovely smooth drag, and not too light (so balances well with modern rods). Great mid sized baitrunner
Really pleased with these baitrunner. Freespool lever works the correct way around to my mind (unliuke the bigger Shimanos) - lever flush with handle baitrunner off, pulled out bait runner on.
