You're on the right track with this Bachmann Railset!
I have recently gotten back into model trains after more than 20 years. I wanted to get a starter set that had the basics, and then I will build onto it. I had been already buying rolling stock, so when this set arrived, I had over a dozen pieces of rolling stock. The engine that came with this train set performs very well. It is able to pull a train of 16 cars with no problem. I will probably modify the engine with Digital Command Control as my layout gets bigger.
