Pretty good phones.
I traded in my old BT trio phones for this trio. My wife is profoundly deaf but hears reasonably well with a hearing aid. These are described as beneficial for hearing aid users. Several weeks later I can say that the phones are pretty good but not the solution we’d hoped for. The amplify function makes very little difference although the loudspeaker is quite loud and adjustable. I really love the fact that whichever phone you put names and numbers into, it shares the data with the other phones. The phones are big with good display and larger than average buttons. Ring tones are the usual electro tunes, sadly lacking really loud ones. I’m on fibre now and this set up works just fine, although it has a built in answering system, it can’t answer for you as BTs answering service seems to take over , if you’re still on copper wire, it’ll work fine. "Great Product with Bad Storage"
These phones were refurbished but they arrived in a good condition and are working very satisfactorily. However, the box and the phones had been stored in a very damp area and the box and the contents were a bit smelly with dampness. The instructional booklet was very wet / damp but I dried it off and I have been using it to learn about all the benefits of using these phones on a daily basis. Some dried leaves were found inside the damaged box which gave the game away when looking at the storage aspect. The price reduction from the brand new price did make a difference and I have therefore kept the phones and am now using them on a daily basis. Seller needs to look very closely at using better storage facilities for keeping second hand / refurbished phones which will be of great benefit to future purchasers of these products.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Really good phone
Bought for my mum (aged 92) who has trouble with gripping things, and can't do small buttons. This is great, she says it fits her hand well, & is easy to hold. It has a function to connect on pick up, disconnect on putting in cradle. Much easier for her. The sound quality is very good, which mum needs due to her hearing, and easily adjustable. Bold design, has good weight and buttons on the hand set are easy to read
The build quality of the product is very good, the speech quality has good volume but is a bit tinny sounding. The Instruction manual is informative but there are are so many features on the phone that require different buttons to be pressed to activate them that it becomes a bit of a minefield learning how to set the phone up.
