Big enough, highly functional, stylish
The tracking area is about double that of a Macbook, making it easier to use at a lower sensitivity and therefore more precise (eg for Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
The trackpad is big enough that you can set a corner as secondary click, something which I haven't done on my Mac because it annoyed me.
Completely customisable and the '3D Touch' feature is ergonomically designed; it's not something you can activate accidentally but you don't have to press too hard for it.
The batter life seems to be more than sufficient. I would say Apple's suggestion of recharging once per month is about accurate.
In terms of design, it looks great, especially in the dark grey. It is essentially featureless and a nice addition to the minimalist set up on my desk.
