Tracks great. You wont find a better scope for the money.
This is my second vortex The parallax make all the difference and the sun shade is a nice touch. Not to mention the lighted reticle. Here is 3 shots @ 110yards off a bench This was out of a savage axis

Save a little more $$$ and get something nice. These are prone to malfunction.
Seems well made, comes w/ all accessories sunshade, wrenches, etc... but parallax adjustment was fubar right out of the box. Now Vortex says this scope is discontinued and want to replace it with a p.o.s. "Diamondback". I have an illuminated Vortex PST624 on my 308 that performs great out to 1000 yds but the Strike Eagle series gets bad reviews and seems to deserve them. Light transmission concerns
This could easily be a better review, but I can’t seem to find any low light…light transmission data like the %of light they transmit. This is important for dusk/dawn hunting situations. And since I just acquired the scope I have no practical experience to enlighten me. I like the size, the zoom feature, lighted reticle and 30mm tube size. It’s a very good scope if you don’t want to get past 350 yards or so. After coming out to South Dakota I understand why people spend $1700 on a scope, unfortunately I’m not one of people.
