Iron sulphate
This is a dry powder form of iron sulphate it mixes well in cold water and I applied it via a watering can. Moss turns black overnight and dies the grass then goes a deeper green. good product,works well,cheap as chips.
mixed 100 gms of product with hot water until dissolved and top up with cold water until 5 litre of solution,then sprayed on grass with coarse knozzle @ 2metre wide by 20metre distance,by the time i mixed up the next batch,the moss had started to go black,good marker so you don't overlap to much.waited a week and a dry day and used an electric scarifier over the lawn and what came out was unbelievable,a 1 ton builders bulk bag.have dressed the lawn with fertilizer and has greened up nicely,might have to repeat the process later on in the year to achieve 100% moss free,but the cost of the product is so cheap,just your time and effort.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great way to kill moss while helping grass.
I bought this, followed the instructions and it is working a treat. The first application was done with a diluted mix of 600 grams of the iron sulphate and water, applied with a sprayer. It rained shortly afterwards and the moss has gone brown whilst the grass is growing well. One more application this week and it should be perfect. Good grass product
I gambled £20 on this product and wasn't disappointed. My lawn is greener and the moss and weeds have died. I did struggle working out the dilution ratio and how to get the powder/ water mix onto the grass without numerous treks up and down the lawn with a watering can. I used a kitchen sieve and lightly sprinkled the powder directly onto the lawn, spreading it as evenly as possible. I then thoroughly watered the powder into the grass with a hosepipe. Worked for me.
