Sum it up in a few words
This is our go-to method for making pot roast anymore. We do it in our Instapot with potatoes and carrots. Add a couple of cups of red wine or water to the envelope and then pour it over the top of the meat and veg and cook for about an hour. Excellent. Unfortunately, these envelopes are not available at local grocery stores, so Ebay comes to the rescue.
