Leaking cartridges, poor quality.
When I received the cartridges that I ordered, one of them was badly leaking. I returned the cartridge for a replacement, after several emails to the company. Even though I had ordered the correct cartridges for my printer, they did not work even though they clicked in properly, which now gives me a printer that I cannot use.
