    Product is great, but would appreciate instructions.

    The item was great, easy to use and not too messy. I must have done something wrong because my printer would not acknowledge there was ink. Thinking I hadn't used enough, I over filled and ink leaked onto the printer somehow so that it will not print in color. I have a Kodak esp 3.2 printer.

    Bulk Refill Ink

    I have used both the black & color inks for several refills. The printer works OK for a while, then starts smearing, then finally stops releasing ink altogether. Could be the cartridges, I suppose, but I have been refilling HP cartridges for several years, and I realize that they can only be refilled just so many times before the ports actually stop functioning. Using this ink, I haven't been able to get through even one refill completely. In fact my HP Office Jet 3833 (only 2 years old) is now sitting in the garbage can, completely unusable.

    Best INK ever. By FAR

    I repair printers all the time, I even pick them from the trash, clean them and donate them to schools. In YEARS I could find a good quality ink. All inks for reload are bad, bad colors, if you dont use the printer for like 1 week it will clog and so on. I recently bought a kit that is almost everywhere, I used the black and it print it with a little magenta like style, like very very bad quality ink. So I searched online and I found this kit. (at amzn, more expensive) at least "they have a brand" on it... so I give it a try. First: it has everything. including a tip to open a cartridge if you dont have a refilling cartridge. Its that great quality that the tip of the bottles are made of rubber. I empty the black cartridge and reloaded with this ink, printer started printing like new. Just 1 clean and printing great. STOP WASTING TIME AND MONEY, buy this ink. PD1: Bad reviewers talk bad about the ink but then finish saying that "could be my cartridge" or "my printer fails often", the ink is not the problem for sure. Other bad reviews says that should include instruction, c'om. You are buying bulk ink, its supposed you know what are you doing! Its like buy a disk brake for your car and spect that has a guide how to repair your car.

    Best product for saving money on printer supplies

    Buying printer cartridges is very expensive about $70 for both black and colored. A normal year I would spent over $200. Now I can refill them for pennies. I will never have to buy a cartridge for the rest of my life. This product is high quality and easy to use. See pictures for example of how crystal clear the ink prints. Pictures are pages printed with refilled cartridges.

    You will save a lot of money.

    The first time I over filled and the prints were smeared but after a few copies they cleared up. After a short learning curve you will be saving a lot of money on ink. Weather you know it or not printing companies sell printers at cost some even take a loss and then make it up on the sale of ink cartridges. I think they are being sued over this? The last set I bought lasted less than a week. If they were not so greedy and made them last longer, I would have continued buying them. If you print a lot like I do this is the only way to go.

    Everything you need is in the kit.

    I was on line check out how to refill ink cartridges. It seemed like everyone was using your ink refill kits. After I watched it while it looked pretty easy to fill your own I looked up your website and ordered the Kit. It was great fill the black one and the color cartridge they work great when I run out I will work more. Didn't take long to get the kit in the mail. I definitely recommend this kit.

    does not work with certain cartridges

    I purchased this product casue it was compatable with the Epson 288 cartridges. After receiving it, there were no instructions on how to fill this cartridge. After contacting them, they said that this would not work on teh Epson 288. Their add clearly says it does. So - Now I am out the money I spent onthis product as is it no use to the printer it was intended. The company did not offer to reimburse my money after it knew it would not work for my Printer. Very dispeased..... DS

    Good product

    I like the high quantity of the inks. So far I have done two color cartridges- one very successful and one a failure. Not discouraged as I may have messed up the injections. One success was worth the price of the kid. I have done two black ink injections before and both worked so I think the concept is viable.

    ink doesn't smudge when printed text gets wet
