"Works Like A Dream"
Was very sceptical when I bought this but didn't like looking at green stained paving so decided to give it a go. Mixed the Patio Magic 1 to 4, sprayed on paving on a dry, sunny day, within hours the paving was clean. Used it again on another area, on a dry but dull day, this time it took a couple of days to work its magic. Finally used it in an area that never catches the sun, this time everywhere was clean in 4 days. Patio Magic also cleans any garden pots & ornaments. Patio Magic does not work as stated
Item did not do what it said it would do. I cleaned the patio with a pressure washer over a week before I used Patio Magic. The pressure washer never removed the black spots and was advised to use Patio Magic. I waited for a dry and applied the solution as commended, I used 2 litres fixed with water poured it onto the patio using a watering can then brushed it in. There was no rain for over 24 hours. This was completed on Friday 9 March, photo attached was taken on the 18 March and it can be seen black marks on the patio worse than before I applied Patio Magic.

Patio Miracle
I was very sceptical about the claims for this product. Spray and leave and it continues to work that is the claim and that is exactly what you get. If you anticipate rain then it is best not to use to get the very best out of the product. It really does make patio spotless and clear of all algae if left for a few days rain free. It seems to have worked and removed the algae which was making the slabs slippy to walk on., My paving slabs are very old and have been damaged by power washing over the years taking the top off them. Expensive and ineffective.
Sprayed an area of the patio with a 1 to 3 part dilution and after 1 week there was no noticeable difference. I have now power washed the whole patio with great results. I will apply the patio magic over the clean area in the hope that it helps to prevent algae buildup in the future. Maybe I used the product too dilute?
