Not very balanced
It’s okay and does the job as long as you balance your loads carefully. There’s only one bit of material with Velcro to hold the whole bag in place. Also there’s a danger a wheel could fall off (which hasn’t yet for me while its been loaded but did a couple of times when I was moving it from one place to another.) This appears quite flimsy but works as I said when you manage to balance your load. I haven’t had a trolley since living in Milan where everyone seemed to have them for market shopping.
