does not work
it doesn't seem to take much out of the basement I still smell some musty odor down there the basement is nice and dry the only thing that is in it is our wood that we put in in the fall I have 3 bags down there maybe it hasn't been in there long enough so maybe it needs to be there longer. time will tell. and if it starts helping then I will be happy to give a different rating later on. Bamboo bag charcoal air fresheners - Lots of fresheners for the money.
Not sure about the question about it being quiet. It's a bamboo bag with charcoal. I am hoping it will remove odors from the air. If it does this, I will be satisfied. Until I have had it for awhile, I don't think I can give a good answer about whether it performs well. It doesn't sing and dance. I like the hook so I can hang it in the car and in closets. Not a gimmick! Buy them!
They work. Plain and simple. With 2 little kids, cats and indoor lizards, we have all kinds of smells going on. Put 1 big bag and 2 little bags on top of the lizard cage, 1 big one in the diaper genie, 1 big one on top of the cat box, 1 1 big one next to the crib the others next to the trash can in the kitchen. All smells are gone. Now the air freshener is the only thing you can smell. After 2 months, they still do their job. Put them out in the sun today for an hour or so as recommended to remove moisture.
