Best roast ever!
With these bags you can make the most delicious roast chicken immaginable. Seriously, to die for. You get super golden, crispy skin but the meat says juicy and tender. You get results that you just cannot get if you roast the bird without a bag and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've used their bigger bags for goose and turkey as well.
