Bresser Condor 10x50 UR Coated - hmmm
I bought these as they were half price, but had them back in the box to send back within 5 minutes flat. The collimation seemed a tiny bit off and my eyes were straining a bit to pull both images into 1...not a good start as that would lead to a headache after a short amount of time. Secondly, there was lots of chromatic abberation - tinges of purple and yellow along the edges of rooftops etc and moving my eyes in and out didn't make it any better. The lenses aren't phase-corrected which should have helped matters. Even my £30 Jessops roof prisms don't have that much. Lastly, I found the focus knob had very little in the way of grip and I had to push my finger on it way harder than I should have had to to turn it. It needs a better knurled design or a rubber covering. In the wet, it'd be totally useless.

Highly recommeded 10x50 binoculars
Best pair of 10x50 binoculars I've ever had. Very clear. Good to handle not too heavy. Superb for aircraft, astronomy and wildlife. Highly recommended.
