Easy to use. The fine increments for temperature & fan speed are super handy if you have temperature dependent stuff to hear. Removing the power cord was tricky at first, but if you watch a YouTube video it is explained. Great heat gun with all accessories and carrying case!
Great temperature range on this unit. The case and all the accessories are a great bonus to just buying the tool. By the way, I had bought a lower model from one of the home improvement stores which worked fine but didn't come with the case and all the accessories.
