The panel lines are heavy and have thick black lines in them. The main landing gear are plastic and the model is very heavy, so it’s a bit wobbly standing on its gear. However, at about 60% of the price of a Hobby Master, and considering that it’s the only diecast in 1/72 of this aircraft, I find it quite acceptable.
DeAgostini makes quality models. The 1/72nd Japanese Saiun is a great model of a rare Japanese warplane. The fit of landing gear is tight and precise. All insignia is Tampo prints so they’ll last a long time. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
