Best Item on Market!
I have used this product for over 20 years and most people don't even know about it. It has been my lifesaver as I have had 5 sinus surgeries. I recommend this to anyone who has sinus issues, even my 5-year old granddaughter uses the spray since they heat by forced air in the cold, blistery cold Chicago winters. They now sell this item at most local drugstores and Walmart but it is much more expensive than you offer. I have always purchased mine from an Ebay vendor like yourself. Great Product
Awesome Saline Rinse. Easy to use. Great for colds, sinus problems and to ward off Infectious Virus. Can use multiple times a day. Bicarb calms tissues as salt fights bacteria and virus. Has been used in Middle East for thousands of years. Actually, prefer this bottle to the Netti Pot. Great Nasal Rinse
The nasal rinse was recommended to me by both my pulmonologist and an ear-nose-throat specialist, and in both offices, brochures about Neilmed were in little racks several places around the patient waiting room. It was also recommended to me by my cousin, who lives in Mich. and has allergy problems sometimes, just as I do in Tex. I don't care for using netti pots, but have no problem at all with the little squirt bottles. The bottles are easy to use and to clean, and they allow me to readily, easily adjust the amount and pressure of the solution as I squirt it into my nasal cavities. And that solution has helped me drain stuff out that I never would've beeen able to. A Pure safe natural solution to mucus buildup with no side affects that I know.
I have heavy sinus buildup allergy issues. My doctor recommends that I spray (in each nostril) Twice daily. The saline is packaged individual doses and use distilled water. Excellent treatment for allergy and colds.
The Neilmed sinus rinse kit is great at cleaning the sinuses and reducing allergy issues. One should boil the water for a minimum of 5 minutes and let it cool -- then keep it in the refrigerator. I pour 1.25 cups of pre-boiled water plus 2 packets in a clean measuring cup, heat in the microwave for 75 seconds, mix, and use in the bottle. (Two packets equals the high saline that my ENT recommends.) Boiling the water is very important -- highly resistant bacteria grow in the ends of the faucets, and water fresh from the tap can lead to bacteria in the sinuses -- a situation that could require surgery to treat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Choice
I like that is has two bottles and 250 packets of the sinus rinse. This means less buying it at the store and by ordering them a few at a time I have enough for the year. This wash was recommended by my ear, nose, and throat doctor. My sinuses get dried out due to the nasal spray that helps with my sinuse congestion. NeilMed sinus rinse
This product has been nothing short of wonderful. It has kept my chronic sinus problem that existed for most of my adult life under control, In the past, I would have at least one or two extremely bad sinus infections every year. It gradually got even worse. I did have sinus surgery, and my ENT advised me to use this product at least once every day, which I have done. In the 13 years since the surgery, I have had maybe 3 bouts with a sinus infection, but nothing nearly as serious and painful as they were many years ago.
