It really does work.

Waste of money
This is a cheaply made machine. It has a short handle so all the “junk” from your nose goes all over your hands and the counter. It’s hard to put the nozzle away in its little compartment. I am a huge fan of nasal irrigation and loved the original model but this one is so poorly made and loud that I put it on the shelf and will never use it again. I would have returned it except I had already cut off the $15.00 rebate coupon off the box. 6 weeks later I have still not gotten the rebate so that was a waste of my time and money. Dependable Product
With a deviated septum I have have chronic sinus issues. First used the Grossan Hydro Pulse years ago and it lasted for a long time. I replaced it with a competing product and used it until it began to leak. I am glad to be back with the Hydro Pulse as I find it to provide a better pulsing stream and it fits better on the bathroom vanity.
