    Brilliant for beginners..

    Was recommended beginners try these 0.10's from a you tube vid. Much more easier on my sore fingers. Got the 0.11's from d'addario also but had to go back to these strings. Great quality strings but be careful when you change them because they are thinner they can't take too much tension when tuning,turn the pegs slowly if I were you. I broke 2 in one restring, nearly gave me a heart attack! ✌🎶 Edit:- I'm one year in now, I tried the famous Elixir strings the other day..dont like them one bit, very dull & too much friction, my thumb stuck to the strings when plucking & they squeaked . Long story short I'm sticking to the best which are D'addario in my humble opinion. Great strings & stay in tune on my AJ 100ce Epiphone acoustic. 👍🎶

    Great value, great sound

    Great sound from these strings, I was using 0.09's as I usually play electric guitar, but they were too bright and tinny. The sound projection from these strings is much better, compared to the 0.9's, though I have changed the G string out for a plain steel as string bending was very difficult for me. Those who are used to acoustic strings and use a heavier gauge will probably have no such problems. I play acoustic versions of songs normally played on electric.

    good value replacements

    Fitted a set on a s/hand westfield dreadnought (b220) and on an old Ozark jumbo. They play fine and improved tone - need a good stretch before they stay in tune, but thats really nothing unusual - I would recommend these strings
