This product helps my cat with digestive issues. Her owners had to move out of the country and had friends taking care of her but she was alone in their home. The friends were not cat people and were not feeding her kitten food or attending to her litter box every day. We have had her for almost 4 years now and when we got her, she was 4 months old, appeared swollen in her intestinal region, had diarrhea. We took her to a holistic veterinarian who worked at the office of our main veterinarian when we took her for her first vet visit. The holistic vet told us that she could be a candidate for early renal issues but Phytomucil would help. NOTE! THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN REPACKAGED as COLON CARE instead of Phytomucil.
