The best way to puncture-proof you ties

Mix feelings
I have had 2 flats in a week due to goat heads. The last flat, the goat head was offset of the center line of the tire, it should have been able to prevent the flat. I checked the position of the liner, it was at the top side center with the inner tube. The liner seems durable and well made with not sharp edges, I will keep using it and update the review if it merits. Update: Have had goat-heads go through the Liner, not a recommendable item!
