    Well written for people with ADHD

    This is a good read for anyone with ADHD - I was diagnosed quite late in life and this book and found this book to be very helpful. It's written for people with ADHD which I found particularily helpful. There's a follow-up book called "Delivered from Distraction" by the same two authors.

    Attention Deficit Disorder Fantastic Explanation

    This is a great book if you are interested more in Attention Deficit Disorder as it puts together examples reasons and solutions. It provides all the information people may not have been aware in the past but suffering from it. I highly recommend to read the book as it is an eye opening experience.
