Improves Dental Health with Little Effort

Using the Waterpik WP-140W and WP-310W help keep that clean teeth feeling that you get from a cleaning from a dental visit between your dental visits. It is faster to use and more thorough than flossing. It allows you to remove food particles that get stuck in places that are impossible to reach with a toothbrush or with a toothpick. It is a great investment because the cost of the item is less than the cost of the dental work that would be required. I use the WP-140W at home and the WP-310W when I travel. Both give the option of varying the pressure of the water flow to the point where it is effective enough to remove food particles. I especially like to use it after I have brushed my teeth, where I am sure I have done a good job of removing all food particles. I continue to be amazed at how many little tiny particles the Waterpik removes. Now, I eat foods that I avoided such as popcorn or broccoli because I know I can removed the tiniest of food particles with very little effort on my part. I had a really old Waterpik which finally broke after many years of faithful service. I went months without one, where I tried to repair my broken Waterpik. I am so pleased with these newer Waterpiks, I will never be without one again.

    WP Flosser

First off I actually read the instructions and they are wrong. Instructions say to fill the tray with water then place it on the flosser, well the tray, of necessity, has a hole in the bottom of it...water all over the counter. I now fill the tray with a cup. Was recommended by my dental assistant. It does a decent job of clearing food from the teeth but I would NOT quite flossing as that removes even more. Very messy if you don't watch out, must be over the sink and use the ON/OFF switch on the handle (for which I am grateful) or you will spray everything within 3 feet. Overall a useful tool but definitely not a cure all.

  • Way better CLEANING then I expected

I am a person that is very particular about my teeth. And I have a few in the back that EVERYTHING seems to get stuck between. I floss so much makes my gums hurt. Well, I had no idea the ability that WATERPIK would seriously do better the. Flossing. My gums feel great, one trip around the mouth and I am amazed. Take your time and learn how to maneuver it and start with a lower setting and work your way up. My lower front teeth just after a week are white and no plaque.

  • Nano has fewer power settings but I like the small size

These are first impressions, as I've only been using it for a week. I chose to start with the little Nano model so it will take up less counter space. It works as expected and I'm not sure yet if I feel confident enough to only use this and not use dental floss at all. It cleans well, but maybe not as good as floss. For awhile I am going to use floss every few days along with the Nano to see if the floss removes anything the Nano missed. The machine is really noisy and has a cord (tube) that attaches between the pump and the cleaning wand. Cordless would really be nice, but this works too. I like the small nano size, but it is also lightweight and pulls across the counter when using it. So far no spills, so hopefully it stays upright as it should. One advantage to the larger model is that the larger one has more settings and I believe is more powerful. Probably also heavier so it won't pull across the counter. It feels really good on my teeth and mouth and I like that it gets out small particles. Overall I'd say it is what I expected.

  • Noisy but Effective

I was surprised at how easy to set up and operate the units were. Personally, I am only comfortable using the unit on a setting of 3 or 4. Higher settings would be a little too intense for me and I sometimes just use it on 1 or 2. Nice selection of tools (pics) comes with the device. One downside is this little guy is kind of noisy when you turn it on. Not a big deal for a couple of minutes use, but it is loud. And definitely make sure you have the pic in your mouth and your mouth shut when you turn it on. Otherwise, you'll have water all over the place. Good device. I can tell a positive difference using it.

  • Amazing WaterPik

Even after flossing your teeth, this lighweight, gentle, power washer flushes food from between your teeth. It removes particles at the gum line and restores health to your gums. It aids in removing pockets that can form between teeth and gum. My gums are healthier than ever. It is easy to use, quiet, and has all the adjustments you need. I recommend this Product for a healthier mouth, all around.

  • great product-- good for bridgework

Also, lots of bang for your buck. Both water pick units have a full set of tips. the small unit is perfect for travel with a good travel case. The full size version is well designed and quiet. The various tips gave me really clean teeth, and the brush tip was good for getting under implants and bridge. The only thing I would change is making the water well a bit bigger. I have to fill it one and a half times.

  • Excellent WaterPik

I had a WaterPik Flosser that broke - I was always pleased with how well it worked. This current one is even better. It came with multiple tips - all of which are highly functional. It has plenty of pressure to clean quite well between my teeth. The water well is large and easy to fill. The price was good - best I could find. So, to sum it up, great buy and great product.

  • They just work, period.

Many have said, “You don’t truly appreciate something until it is gone.” That was true of my Water-Pik, that wasn’t quite gone but was showing its age (of 12 years). I was very glad to get this new one and be back in water flossing, but was a little surprised in comparing this new one to my “old trusty” how well the old one really held up! They just work, work well, and work long. Not a checkup goes by that my dentist does not compliment the job I do flossing, and yet string floss rarely enters my mouth! Love this appliance, perhaps even more than my fridge!

  • Easy to use

Top quality with a wide variety of attachments for every possible dental need. The travel unit is indispensable. I don't travel without it. My grandson who arrived at my home his first day after getting braces was so happy with this product that I bought one for the children's bathroom. It made wearing braces much less uncomfortable.
