    This is a great book for anybody who wants to know their body better and get lean in a responsible manner, not only getting lean fat but replacing the fat by muscle and getting their body toned. It's suited to more advanced people that are able to do a pull up but also there is a plan for people with much less strength, helping them to build that up and progress to the more advanced plan. There are references in the book to free materials online, both in excel and pdf, that can help you track your progress. It's worth recommending to people wanting to get lean and who are also struggling with mental side of weight loss as it includes a chapter about changing your thinking too.
