The Victory Verge flail mower BCRL-165 is designed for cutting or shredding heavy brush and grass. It attaches to the three-point hitch on small or mid-sized tractors that have 15 to 45 horsepower. Hydraulic swivel arms ensure performance when mowing embankments. The full mowing angle, ranging from -60 degrees to 90 degrees, is available when used with tractors equipped with four hydraulic control circuits. Very basic machine
We were looking for a basic mower to mow the edges of our fences and driveway. This mower was inexpensive and the right size for us. Have used it several times. It seems to do pretty good with brush and small sticks/ trees. It struggles with grass and seems to knock it down rather then mow it. So not recommended if you want a nice finish type mower. It is fully functional and moves in and out as well as up and down and tilts. Either we are still learning to use it, or the hydraulics are a bit touchy. It is pretty jerky when you move it. Construction of mower is good and sturdy and the metal and bolts are not thin and cheapy looking. For the price it seems like a good deal. We will update and revise this if something changes after we have used it for a while. For the price it was definitely worth taking the risk.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value
A good machine for the price. Works well on maintained mowing areas. Mulches small brush. I have it on a 32 hp compact tractor. I don't recommend it for heavy growth. It definantly made mowing uneven ground and trimming the hedge rows back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
