Great travel tripod & monopod
The Mefoto A1350Q1 tripod is very stable and relatively compact. It is not the lightest out there but it is very stable foot is weight. Additionally, one of the legs detaches so that you can attached the center post and ball mount onto it to use as a monopod. I found this versatility to be very useful. In fact the monopod did double duty as a walking stick while on a hike during a trip to Alaska. The monopod was very dependable as a walking stick and it only took a second to attach my DSLR to it when I wanted to use it for photography.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Decent tripod for the money, there's lots of junk out the for more money

Perfect travel size
I have a couple of Manfrotto's -my favorites ones. Nevertheless the A1350Q1K mimics the sturdiness of those but in a compact way and gives you the ability to carry it in your back pack.
