Finally-Nitinol in eyeglass frames!
If you don’t know about Nitinol, it’s that memory metal that won’t be bent out of shape, never to be useful again. Nitinol always goes back to its set shape. For eyeglasses it’s perfect! No grip
I purchased these after seeing the commercials, specifically to avoid wearing glasses in bed while I read. (The temples of glasses pressed into my face and ears and made my short hair stick out, so these glasses without temples seemed perfect for my needs.) However I am having difficulty getting them to hold to my nose. There is a sort of barbed or grit surface on the nose pads that are to grip your nose. For some reason they are not doing well and often fall off my face. They also do not grip well if I tip my head down such as to look at something in my hands, or if I tip my head up to look at something high. However, for the price, I got what I paid for and I am continuing to use them, just not as much as I had hoped.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
