Good quality material, resists flue gases heat, beware of the flange dents
Have tested with a wood burning stove and works fine. Withstands heat of the flue gases. The only issue was that the flanges had dents that might tear the tent fabric or your hands. Does the job
A very good quality item for fitting the outbacker stove. It came supplied with the mounting plates and bolts. I have used this several times now in the rain and it is totally waterproof with no leaks or drips, even in windy conditions. The material is of a high quality and gives off no odour when hot. It’s a good quality item, I feel it could be cheaper, my only concern is the bolts and therefore the stainless steel generally, as only rated at A2 should be A4 for use. I had to buy longer bolts for my application, (yacht) but it sounds like Yurt so....:)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Almost perfect.
The flue is easy to fit, prevents water ingress and does what it's supposed to, I would have given it five stars had two of the nuts, not been cross threaded and stripped the threads on the bolts. Very happy. Paid for the 90 degree but got a 45 degree- which is so perfect for the tent!
The 45 degree was listed as more expensive so I skimped and got the 90 degree one but they kindly sent the 45 degree anyway ready cut for the flue diameter and I'm extremely grateful because it's perfect. It's totally airtight and insulates the canvas from heat passing through the flue. I cut a smaller hole and folded it outwards to make a double layer to attach the screws through so it was more robust. I don't disassemble when I fold the tent away, I protect the tent by surrounding the flue inside and out with towels. It saves time and doesn't cause weakening of the canvas by screwing and unscrewing the bolts through it. Great piece of kit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
