I gave this a 3 star rating because it's not as strong as advertised. Description states that it must be diluted, I am able to use this straight out of the bottle without any problems. I cant really say if it is working, I have only been using it for about a week. I did put some in my body cream, but again it's to early to say if it is doing anything.
