Easy to put together, perfect size and awesome look.
This tree is a perfect replica of the 1950's & 60's original. You can't beat a clean, sparkly appearance of a silver tinsel tree especially when it's freshly new. The limbs are perfect in size and the tree stands tall and firm. The stand may not be of an original nature but it works well with keeping the entire tree from teetering. This is an amazing remake and should be considered if one can not find an old original that still looks good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Attractive but Pretty Cheap Reproduction
The center pole does not fit into the base well, resulting in a very unstable structure. The connection should be threaded but is not. There were more holes in the center pole than there were foil branch inserts. I would say this product is okay, but not great. Retro or NOT
It looks close to the original, but the holes the branches slide in to are not drilled out large enough and are not drilled at the correct angle in most places. It could have been made a lot better for the price that is being charged! The ends were not POMPOM, aluminum was mashed on all limbs. Wish I had shopped around and purchased a Vintage one now!

Just like the one I had in the 60’s!
I am happy with the new version of the aluminum tree. It came with gloves which made it easy to assemble! I bought red ornaments so it would look just like the picture. The only complaint was that one branch was missing!
