    Suitable for breakfast,dinner or tea

These worms were to feed a Venus fly trap. They did just that. The plant snapped shut and enjoyed. I could almost hear it belching. Nitrogen surged through Its leaves and it became a much brighter shade of green. Will order again.

95% arrived alive Watch for Tapeworms!

High 95% of worms alive which is great, not so great is the high % of tapeworms that come with them! You need to rinse well and use a 1-2 micron strainer and tweezers to sift out the tapeworms. Most live food will have some parasites but this was higher than most (6 removed from 1 bag) and no telling how many tapeworm eggs you cant see. If buying for fish, ensurd you dewom your fish regularily to avoid a build up. (You cant use dewormer on the bloodworm as it will kill them also) tapeworms are much smaller and thin and generally wound up either in a coil or a loop resembling a picture of an ebola virus. Hot water kills them and so does freezing. Make sure you disinfect your strainer and tweezers well to kill any eggs. I freeze (-22°C) my live bloodworms in blocks using an old blisterpack, This kills any pathogens I may have missed but not always the eggs or cycts of pathogens

  • Fish loved it.

Turned up well packed, fresh, did not last long with the fish, think some may have got into the rock for later. Yes would recommend defiantly , good service.

  • Fresh, keep well in the fridge and good amount in bag.

Nice on toast. Seriously though, l have a large tank with various breeds of Barbs in and l give them some every other day. l use a plastic cone so they pull the worms out. l always get blood worms and they are good quality with a fair amount in.

  • Okay density of copepods

I have a spotted dragonet, so a trusted supplier is important. The bottle was of good concentration, I would not class it as a high concentration. But okay value for the price. Would buy

  • Copepods!

I usually get 'pods' every few months to top up my reef tank and this fella does the trick. Always good delivery, always great quality and always my go to person. The pods arrive healthy and quickly become part of the ecosystem.

  • Poor offering

Many Daphnia were dead on arrrival, there were Copepods amoung them. Worst of all they were infested with Phanton Gnat Larvae. Split into two containers the Phantom Larvae consumed the majority of Daphnia in the first night, leaving very few to feed to fish or to grow on.
