Hi I still get wind despite taking this product, I must admit though sometimes I forget to take it. I do not feel as bloated though when I do remember to take it. The pills are easy to take although leave a chalky feeling in the mouth so best followed by water. It may work better if I took it daily but the suggestion is to take it with problem food - for me all food = problem food. The price is good and 100 tabs is a good quantity for a test.
